The National Ovarian Cancer Coalition (NOCC) Financial Assistance Program, in partnership with the Patient Advocate Foundation, aims to ease the financial burdens associated with ovarian cancer treatment and participation in clinical trials by offering support for non-medical expenses.

The NOCC Financial Assistance Program offers two specific funds:

National Ovarian Cancer Coalition

Clinical Trial Fund

The NOCC Clinical Trial Fund provides each approved patient a one-time $1,500 payment to be applied towards the following non-medical costs related to enrollment and participation in clinical trials:

Travel expenses for clinical trials (airfare, gas, rental cars, taxis, parking/tolls)

Hotel/lodging

Meals/food

Eligibility:

  • Must have a confirmed diagnosis of ovarian cancer (including fallopian tube and peritoneal cancers), any stage, and must be in active treatment or on maintenance therapy for ovarian cancer.
  • Individuals in hospice care due to ovarian cancer are eligible.
  • Must have a current annual household income at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). This varies from state to state, and eligibility will be verified during the application process.
  • Must reside in the United States or US territories.
  • Must not have received a financial award from this fund in the past 12 months.

Treatment Fund

The NOCC Treatment Fund provides each approved patient a one-time $1,000 payment to be applied towards the following non-medical costs:

Eligibility:
