Learn how to navigate your relationship with food while living with a cancer diagnosis and post-surgery. How do you manage to enjoy the foods you once loved, while having side effects from treatment? It's complicated! Our session will go over the ins-&-outs of our relationship with food! Bring your questions and real-life situations!
As a Registered Dietitian, Casandra Stidham, MS, RD, CST, LDN, CCTD works with people with cancer in the inpatient setting at Fox Chase Cancer Center. She has a particular interest in helping patients navigate nutrition during treatment for head and neck cancers. Casandra completed a Master of Science in Health Management at Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics at the University of Kentucky. Casandra is a Board Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition and a Certified Clinical Transplant Dietitian.
