Hosted by the New England Region of the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition (NOCC), this program, designed specifically for ovarian cancer survivors and caregivers in New Hampshire and Vermont, will bring our community together, connect attendees with area resources, and feature perspectives from specialists from Dartmouth Health. Discover new treatments for ovarian cancer, post-treatment, and surveillance strategies, and tools to navigate survivorship. Together, we can help guide your journey with confidence and support.
Lunch will be provided, and the program is complimentary to ovarian cancer survivors and caregivers.

Dr. Ivy Wilkinson-Ryan will lead an informative discussion on the latest advances in ovarian cancer therapy and the promising developments on the horizon. Guests will learn what to expect during and in the months and years following their cancer diagnosis. This session will empower individuals with knowledge and hope to navigate this challenging journey.
Dr. Ivy Wilkinson-Ryan is an Assistant Professor of Gynecological Oncology in the division of OB/GYN at Dartmouth Hitchcock. She joined the faculty at Dartmouth Hitchcock in 2015. Dr. Wilkinson-Ryan has a particular interest in surgical innovation and early-phase clinical trials.

Beyond Ovarian Cancer: The New Normals of Life In & After Treatment

Join Annie Aquila, LICSW, for an enlightening and impactful program dedicated to the journey of survivorship. This session will explore the physical and emotional changes individuals experience during treatment and throughout their survivorship. Participants will gain valuable insights into navigating the shifts in both body and mind. Additionally, guests will discover a variety of effective tools and strategies to help manage stress and promote overall wellness.
Annie Aquila, LICSW is the social worker for the Breast and Gynecology Oncology teams at Dartmouth Hitchcock. She loves the variety of specializations that are possible in the field of social work and has worked in mental health clinics, government agencies, and mobile outreach teams – but working in the Dartmouth Cancer Center is by far her favorite.
