He is a dedicated member of the Society of Gynecologic Oncology, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American Gynecology and Obstetrics Society, and the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Shahin is an advocate for clinical research, who serves as a principal investigator for NRG Oncology and is a member of the Investigator Council with GOG Foundation/GOG Partners.
